“Los jugadores no entrenan…”: Pietersen critica a los jugadores del PAK después de una vergonzosa derrota y lanza una crítica apenas velada al PCB

PAK vs ENG: El cricket de Pakistán ha sufrido en el cricket de prueba y ha perdido sus últimos seis encuentros con Shan Masood.

What Pakistan cricket team managed against England in the first Test as Multan, is nothing short of shameful. Despite scoring 556 in the first innings, the Shan Masood-led side went on to lose, that too by an innings and 47 runs. Many reports suggest that players like Saud Shakeel and a few others were not fit to make it to the team, and that could be one of the reasons for their poor performance.

While the experts at large, have only slammed the Pakistani team till now, their former coach Mickey Arthur had come out to defend them. In a tweet, he wrote, “Just a few thoughts as a follower of Pakistan cricket! The players are very very skilled and are the right one’s. The inconsistency around selection, environment and administration plays a role in team morale, give the players structure and they will perform!

But somehow, the former England skipper Kevin Pietersen doesn’t agree. In a response to Arthur’s tweet, KP mentioned, that the Pakistani team players did not train well, ever since his time in the PSL, and there was a lot of emotion attached with win or a loss. In fact, he took a silent dig at PCB as well.

He wrote, “From my time playing the PSL, the players don’t train properly and there’s way too much emotion involved in the win or loss. No consistency off the field, so how do you expect it on the field? And I agree, the talent is UNREAL!”
